NHS Equality Where Ever You Live In The UK

Additional Information

I wish to see the same rules apply for all within the NHS - most specificly perscriptions why as an English person must I pay when my Scottish and Welsh counterparts do not, yet we can pay the same tax and do the same jobs - I work for Royal Mail and earn the same as a postal worker in either of those places. I not saying Perscriptions have to be free I am saying it should be the same rules for the whole of the UK as we all pay for the NHS. Perscriptions have gone up twice for me and I have to pay every month and feel like I am subsidising other parts of the UK and that is wholy unfair.
