NICE drugs proposal to sanction drugs only to persons deemed useful to society is an abhorrent policy in the 21st century
That the Prime Minister personally intervenes in regard to the NICE proposal that drugs should be made available to people on the basis of their usefulness to society. On the basis that this represents an abhorrent abuse of power directed at those least able to defend themselves.
