No Confidence
If the public loses confidence in a cabinet minister's abilities, then 100000 'nay' votes here at e-petitions should trigger a free 'No Confidence in Minister' vote by mps in parliament. This might encourage parties to recruit and promote qualified and experienced people who can add value to government.
