Now is the time to scrap the BBC TV Licence Fee
In light of the recent allegations about Jimmy Savile & the continued inaction/cover up by the BBC, I ask the Government to finally scrap the BBC TV Licence Fee & make the Corporation self funding. This would then give viewers a choice as to whether they watch BBC programmes with advertisements or not, but these people are not then forced to pay for the programmes whether they wish to view them or not.
This is long overdue, please give viewers the option.
