Open up blackburn's former care homes to ex military personals
2 former care homes in blackburn which could and should be used as ex military service men and women homes, let's look after these people and take them off our streets

It's not clear from your petition who currently owns the former care homes. If they are owned by the local council, this could be a decision for the council to take.
If you would like the Ministry of Defence to buy the care homes and use them to provide housing for ex-servicemen and women, you could start a petition about that.
