Opposite sex civil partnerships
At present Opposite sex couples have Marriage but don't have Civil Partnerships.
The UK government should legalize Civil Partnerships for Opposite sex couples, so that the couples can decide on whether they want to get married or have a Civil Partnership ceremony.
