Opposition to plannign application P2014/3178/FUL
The residents of Dance Square oppose to the planning application P2014/3178/FUL for the demolition and erection of new building at 44 Pear Tree Street on the grounds detailed below.
The proposed works will cause extensive disruption due to ongoing building work including but not limited to: noise nuisance, pollution, damage to roads, surroundings, property, increased traffic flow of work vehicles and health and safety risk.
Additionally, there will be cost implications for the residents of Dance Square including but not limited to devaluation of house prices and increased leasehold/maintenance costs.
The residents of Dance Square want the planning application denied.
