Option to have State pensions/benefits paid monthly

Additional Information

Recipients of State pensions/benefits should have the option of receiving payments on a monthly rather than 4 weekly basis, giving more ability to budget efficiently without resorting to costly overdraft facilities, as all direct debits for utilities, rates etc are paid on a monthly basis.
