Everyone is an organ donor until they opt out.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions on who receives organs are clinical decisions made by medical professionals, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition asking for an opt out, rather than opt in system to be introduced for organ donation, if that's what you'd like to happen.
