Paid Holiday Entitlement For The Self Employed

Additional Information

We, the undersigned, petition the government to introduce a paid holiday entitlement for the Self Employed.

The idea is that self employed persons will be given 20 days full pay at the National Minimum Wage, either deducted from their annual tax bill, or delivered via direct debit into their business account.

This is to encourage the self employed to take holidays without having to face days without any pay whatsoever, helping to boost tourism, the economy and the physical and mental health of self employed workers.
