Parents could be held responsible for their children's anti-social behaviour

Additional Information

Anti-social behaviour by youngsters often escapes punishment, it is a parent's responsibility to raise their children with good values and be an example to them.

Unfortunately many parents expect the state and schools to do their job for them. If children behave in an anti-social manner then their parents could also be held responsible.
