Parents who make themselves non contactable to avoid any kind of payments
Why should a parent who made themselves non contactable for over twenty years to avoid any form of payment towards the upkeep of their children and property now reappear after the children have grown up and left full time education now be allowed to put a claim against the property with no financial input.
