Parliament must decide EU membership since referendums are open to manipulation.
The referendum on Britain's EU membership was marked by lack of information, misinformation and swayed by Press and other media manipulation. Parliament, ultimately an Act of Parliament, is the only body that should make such a profound decision on behalf of the future of the British people.
