Parliamentary sleaze - Time for some positive people power

Additional Information

To support Alister Heath's suggestion in City AM Monday 3rd June 2013 that voters should have the power to recall their MPs and trigger fresh elections in the case of serious wrongdoing. There would be 4 stages. A committee on standards and privileges would need to rule that a MP had behaved unethically.Second 20% would have to sign and online petition to run a recall ballot. This is your opportunity by signing this! Third, a referendum would be held in the constituency:- over half the voters would have to tick the YES box. Finally a by election would have to be called. Thanks Alister for this brilliant as usual recommendation.
