PAY FOREIGN NATIONALS' OUTSTANDING NHS COSTS FROM THE FOREIGN AID BUDGET
If foreign nationals cannot pay for their treatment here then the cost should be deducted from the foreign aid budget.This will mean that 1) the sick foreigner will get treated 2) what is essentially foreign aid will go to the people who need it 3) it will leave more money in the NHS pot.
