pay special constables / scrap pcso's
special constables enjoy the full powers of a regular officer but not any pay, sick pay, holiday pay weekend working or shift allowances
Society is getting worse and drugs / rape / domestic violence are rife, as a special constable we do EVERYTHING a regular officer does... take satements, arrest, search, interview, help people, save lives and we recieve nothing other than 35p per mile allowance and although PCSO's serve a purpose they cannot do anything near what special constables do.
set up special constables like the TA(terratorial army) and pay them for the hours worked, that way you as the public will recieve better and more policing hours as although specials do it for the community we still have to pay the mortgage and policing for free cannot allow us to do that.
