Petition against Benefit Reform

As you have heard, witnessed or sadly experienced, the new government have hit the sickness benefits system hard.

Unfortunately, this has not been limited to those that have unneccessarily claimed benefits fraudulently for many many years.

The real victims of this new regime are those who have worked hard, for the vast majority of their lives, beleiving that working hard to support your family and earn a living, you will be looked after should the need arise and you are too ill to work.

People with very serious illnesses are being refused benefits, being declared fit for work and forced to take jobs and attend meetings to encourage them back to work.While those that have exhausted our countries resources carry none of the burden.

This cant continue.
