Petition calling for animal abusers register
We the under signed call for an animal abusers register. Those convicted of animal abuse will be registered the same as the sex offenders register. The register must be open to the public in order for breeders and animal sanctuaries or anyone suspecting someone of current animal abuse.
This register will also flag up possible future offenders. Many rapists and killers tortured animals before killing.
