Petition to allow police to use force against the rioters in Birmingham and London

Additional Information

The police should be allowed to use force to stop the rioters. This includes tazors, plastic bullets and water hoses. The sole reason is to regain control of the citys streets so the citizens are NOT afraid to leave their homes.
