Petition Action

Please re-consider proposed cuts to the Royal Navy

Additional Information

For hundreds of years the British Royal Navy has built up a capability to go anywhere in the world, and to protect our maritime trade, and our citizens, and our allies.

Please do not dispose by sale or scrappage our Aircraft and Helicopter Carriers. Please consider a plan to maintain de-commissioned Carriers in a Reserve Fleet, capable of being Re-commissioned at say one months notice of mobilisation.
Equally, please retain the services of the Officers and other ranks with the professional skills to operate those Carriers.
