Police - official support required
In recent months Plebgate, Hillsborough and Stephen Lawrence have cast an extremely dark shadow over the policing of this country.
It is important, to everyone, that the public have faith in THEIR police.
There are over 125,000 police officers in the United Kingdom. The overwhelming majority of whom perform their role as per the oath they gave when attested as constables.
Now is the time for the Home Secretary and/or the Prime Minister to show support for police by addressing the fact that the majority of police officers do a good job and need support of the public.
