potholes - allow road users to claim damages easily from councils
We, as road users, need the rights to claim damages from local councils, more easily than before. Every winter, cars, vans and motorcycles need repaired adding to the cost of keeping a vehicle. What do we pay council tax and road tax for?? If the council's won't keep the roads hole free then they are not doing the job we as road users through tax, pay them to do.
