Powers to Parents and Teachers
Uk riots are a result of lack dicipline by teens. Because in law they a not adult.Parents are responsible for their child if they are involved in riots. Uk government should make a law to give power to the parents and teachers to dicipline these youths (forcefully) or whatever.No youth should be given the right to file complaint against their parents and teachers.
