Pre school education
Currently in Scotland only 50% of children are guaranteed the legal entitlement to two full years of government-funded nursery provision. All children should have an equal start.
The nursery provision should start at a fixed point in the year, i.e. August, just as it does for school.

This e-petition calls for the change to equalize entitlement so all children are entitled to the basic two years.
