Energy companies should be investigate and Customers on Pre payment meters should be given the same choice of taffifs and discounts as someone on direct debit meters. On direct debit most companies offer 5% discount yet paying direct via your bank saves then money and should also offer a discount. There is only a few taffif choices available accross the whole market. Companies should be made to provide evidence that they are moving towards making the top up easier with home top up as the way forward surley in this technological advanced world the idea of going to your local shop to top up is old fashionedy you should have the choice to top up whenever it is needed by other means
