That the Prime Minister David Cameron should come to the Scottish Parliament and publicly explain why he described the people of Scotland as 'Stupid' in response to a question from SNP MP Angus MacNeil during Prime Minister's Questions at the House of Commons on Wednesday 14th September 2011.
