Prohibit the use of expanding ammunition by a UK police forces.
The police should be prohibited from using expanding ammunition (soft point and hollow point) against the people of the UK. This ammunition cannot be used in war against enemies of the Crown as it was banned by the 1899 Hague Convention. The police however continue to use it against civilians. This must be stopped.
