Proposed extradition of Abu Qatada,

Additional Information

In view of the ruling regarding the extradition of Abu Qatada by the European court of Human Rights, I would like (following his extradition),to suggest the following:
That a senior QC should attend any hearing/trial in Jordan to observe proceedings and to ensure fair practice is adhered to.
This QC would have no influence in any decision reached by the court but would be in the position to report any unacceptable deviation/practice observed.
Would this not satisfy the European Court that any evidence used has not been obtained as a result of torture.
