Provide a cap upon the maximum price of public transport fares in rural areas
Within cities public transport is cheap, effective and widely used by the general public. However within rural areas the prices of fares are continually rising, making the ability for public travel evermore expensive. Creating a large disparity in public transport use as cars are used alternatively.
