Additional Information

I ask that you sign this petition in that not just my husbands case of gross misjustice by manning records done to him as part of their redundacy plans carried out in the 90's, is given the public enquiry & resolve it deserves under military covenant law, being that MOD have a "duty of care" to past & present military personnel, but so that all ex army personnal affected by their misjustice have a chance to have their rights reinstated, as what they did i.e specifically picked soldiers with 15yr-17yr service to stop having to pay them a full pension due at 18yrs! plus picked soldiers medically downgraded so saving having to pay them an ill health pension, these men & women that served their employers & country unconditinally like my husband, many with exemplary records & campaigns fought like my husband, where treated badly in return by their employers, this needs an enquiry.
