public referendum on re-introducing the death penalty
This is a NEW petition to ask the Government to hold a public referendum on the re-introduction of the death penalty in general!! I urge you not to ignore this e-petition as you have before using the term 'there is currently a petition running' as the people who elected this Government want CHANGE!! Decline this one and it WILL be in the tabloids!!!!!!!!!!
