Publicly commit to supporting state schools which choose to play contact rugby.

Petition Details

There are misguided calls, supported by distorted and selective statistics, to ban contact rugby in schools.

Government should affirm the benefits of teaching contact rugby in schools and work with the rugby unions to ensure that it is coached by appropriately trained and qualified teachers.
