Petition Action

Put up legislation to deny legal aid funding of Spanish medical facilities in their pursuit of British holidaymakers.

Additional Information

With the plethora of British holidaymakers being charged for treatment by Spanish medical organisations in spite of the EHIC system, AND that our dishonourables have rampant proclivity towards giving legal aid funding to foreigners, at the drop of a hat, while putting such legal aid out of the reach of taxpayers ("If they are paying income tax they have too much money to be eligible for legal aid funding.") something MUST be done to deny access to these Spanish medical organisations when they are advised by our ministers to sue British holidaymakers through the UK courts.
