Radically redesign epetitions website

Additional Information

http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk needs a radical overhaul to be useful. a) "if it gets at least 100,000 signatures, it will be considered for debate in the House of Commons." Needs to be "if it gets at least 100 signatures, it will be debated in the House of Commons."
b) At present to vote one must fill in a lengthy form to get one vote. Change this to a log in system linked to one's National Insurance number so once logged in one can freely vote without hinderance.
c) A forum needs adding to each petition so people can view pros and cons from others.
d) After debating the House of Commons should summarise on the website the results and actions intended.
e) The website format needs to be agreed cross-party to stop the destruction when the next party comes into power.
f) The website needs to be advertised frequently and extensively.
