After a growing number of rapes and sexual attacks in glasgow, many woman are too scared to go out themselves and walk there neighbourhood , we rely on the police to keep us safe but all we hear is how we should keep ourselves safe , well if that's the case I suggest that the government issues all woman over 18 years old with rape alarms , we pay our taxes and expect that the police do there job , why should we pay for these alarms ourselves.
