Recognise working cond,in heavy industries and adj the pension age accordingly.
I’ve personally worked on various building sites and also been self employed & had my own business. I now work in the steel industry ( Heavy manual handling and shift work ) as I bet there’s plenty of other industries out there that match this profile that would also agree.
