Recouperate money from tax evaders before going after the poor

Additional Information

With all the cuts to public services and benifits for disabled people, it's about time the government started to recouperate the millions of pounds from companies who have evaded tax in this country. I would like the government to go after these companies BEFORE making cuts to the poorest areas of society.
