Reduce letters lost by royal mail
Mail being lost, delayed or misplaced by Royal Mail has been on the increase.
This has led to a rise in the number of complaints
We want Royal Mail to decrease the number of lost Mail and the number of complaints from last year.
With a steady decline over the coming years as lost, delayed and misplaced mail can have a dramatic affect on people’s lives.
