Reduce Penalty Charge Notice fines (PCNs) for commercial vehicles

Additional Information

A call for the government to seriously consider reducing parking fines for commercial vehicles london and the rest of the UK.
Currently in the UK the penalty for speeding is £60 and dangerously using a mobile phone whilst driving is also a £60 fine.
The fine for parking a commercial vehicle on a street in London is £130 or £65 of paid within 14 days.
In my view this fine is massively disproportionate to the so called offence which has been committed especially when that offence is penalising your average white van man/woman just for doing there job.
Parking fines in london are unfairly disproportionate, and 99 % of the time target hard working people in commercial vehicles delivering goods and services to the city of London.
I call for Fixed Penalty Notices in london and the rest of the UK to be reduced to a fair and reasonable amount.
