Regulations for JSA claimer's length of time claiming & a way of whistle blowing

Petition Details

Often when recruiting new employees I get 100's of applicants but only a few respond when the're invited 2 interview. Sometimes the're honest & tell you they only applied for JSA. So there needs 2 be a way of reporting them. I know people that have been claiming 4 years. There should be a cut off.

Additional Information

Why not set a 6 month limit? Then have them do Community work to earn there money at NMW. Or come and work for local business for a reduced cost to the employer? Can't there be a phone number of email for employers to contact people they suspect?
The system needs to change to make it pay to go out to work!

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

The Government already has a system for reporting benefit fraud, which is here: www.gov.uk/report-benefit-fraud
