Reinstate lost EU referendum voting rights for all UK citizens in the EU.
UK citizens living outside the UK lose the right to vote in he UK after 15 years. The result of the planned referendum on UK membership of the EU could have a profound negative impact on the lives of such UK citizens resident in other EU states, who at present will have no voice in the referendum.
