Relaxation on the national curriculum
When children are calm and relaxed, they can listen, remember, concentrate and take in information.
A relaxed child is a happy child.
There are many scientific studies proving how relaxation helps our mental, physical and emotional well being.
A few minutes of daily relaxation in the classroom, will help reduce anxiety, anger and bullyin as well as develop pupils confidence and self-esteem.
Relaxation is vital for every classroom today!
