State, Secret and Security Service Files with Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation are being denied access to by central government and operations on the grounds of Exclusion Policies and Secrets Act. The files are criminal evidence and those who legally campaign need full disclosure to them. To obstruct criminal evidence undermines law and there can be no truth and no justice. All data that pertains to crimes against children must be released to permit legal resolution.
