Religious Reorientation for the Church of England

Additional Information

We the undersigned request that this petition be presented to the General Synod of the Church of England requesting that a process to be made to admit women to the episcopate, and officially recognised as such with legislative proposals, at the next meeting of the General Synod in July 2013.

We believe that the Initiation of women into the Church of England's apostolic line of succession would be a tremendous advance for the Church in terms of recognising the spiritual needs of mankind.

We hope that the 'Spirit of the Law' supercedes the 'Letter' in this regard for such laws were made FOR man-kind, and not He (or She) for the Law.
