Removal of fuel duty on bio-diesel

Additional Information

We, the signers of this petition, call for the removal of fuel duty from Bio-diesel made from waste cooking oil and from waste engine oil (sometimes known as 'Black Diesel').
The Govt. would still get VAT from the fuel sold, so would not lose all revenue.
