removal of traffic commissioner power to suspend , revoke vocational licences
an offence for E.G Sp 30 took place 2year 8 month before with a fixed penaly and the TC decided to suspend a licence as the offender has previously been dealt with why should they have the power to do this removal of this power
an offence for E.G Sp 30 took place 2year 8 month before with a fixed penaly and the TC decided to suspend a licence as the offender has previously been dealt with why should they have the power to do this almost three years after the offence took place this should have been time barred 12 months after the fact and the caseworker has not folled the ruel laid down and the traffic commissioner has decided to suspend said licence
