Remove control of and authority to disburse the BBC licence tax collected from taxpayers to a committe of lay people outside the BBC

Additional Information

The people at the top of the BBC are the people who are causing the damage to the BBC which is going to result in HUGE industrial tribunal compensation orders being made against the BBC. It cannot be right that those people committing the crimes should remain in control of the money - which is taken from taxpayers against threat of court action if they choose not to pay - and be able to use it to further enrich themselves and and allowing them to prevent their having to bear the costs of their actions, themselves.
