Petition Action

Remove Councillors, Members of Parliament and Lords from office if they are discriminatory towards race, age, sex, sexuality or disability

Additional Information

In light of recent events of discriminatory behaviour from politicians, lords and other people in position of authority, I believe they should be forced to resign without a pay-out.

These people are in position to influence every part of our country; do we really want bigots in power?

People have the right of free speech, it is a sacred right that we all hold precious or else I would not be able to say this. However, these people need to realise they are in a position that influences others. As such, I do not believe we should allow them to remain in office when they have proven beyond reasonable doubt that they are discriminatory in any way.

Our Government promotes tolerance, understanding and acceptance. Are we really working towards a tolerant or fair society with these people in office?
