We, the undersigned, do hereby protest that, John Bercow, Speaker of the House of Commons, overstepped the mark when he said that the president of the United States of America should not address parliament. Therefore, he is incompetent, and must be removed from his position, with immediate effect.

There is no mechanism for the removal of a Speaker during a Parliament. Other than at a general election, the Speaker can only stop being Speaker through resignation or death.
