Remove the no smoking ban from mental health hospitals

Petition Details

I recently stayed in a mental health hospital and was unable to smoke. This is almost a form of torture. For 5 days i was unable to go out or go to a smoking area. People have enough stress while in hospital, there should be a smoking area where people can go to at least once an hour
